Position Description:

Under the Supervision of Regional Sales Manager , is responsible for maintaining Customer Service, generating sales, merchandising, signing, pricing, customer relations and loss prevention in adherence to all Company Policy and procedures.
 

Candidate will be Accountable for:

  • Superior problem solving skills. Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Project, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS and Netscape Web Browsers, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual minimum quota.

Job Description

Position Description:

The customer service agent will be responsible for handling incoming phone, filling customer requests, and providing basic technical assistance.

FIELD ENGINEER

Position Description:

The Field Operations Engineer will be responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of wireless and network systems in support of DeltaNetworks Services.
 

Candidate will be Accountable for:

  • Quality & speed of service installation
  • Reported Customer satisfaction
  • Quality of documentation prepared

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and services by providing on-site remedial service, preventative maintenance, service installation and upgrades.
  • Meet standards set by Field Service Manager for improving customer satisfaction and reducing SLA reimbursement expenses
  • Complete documentation of service calls.
  • Provide management with timely written reports on recommendations, progress and concerns.

Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of 2 year degree in electronics or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years field service experience servicing telecom equipment
  • Transferable Iqama for non Saudis

 

 Field Operations Manager

FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

Position Description:

The field operations manager will lead a number of regional field teams who will oversee the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of WiMax Wireless network, Metro Ethernet, OSP and all other network segment
 

Candidate will be Accountable for:

  • On time, in budget projects targets delivery
  • Customer satisfaction of the support operations
  • Instillations & operational compliance and quality
  • Effective resource utilization, communication and customer service

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all field & support installation functions on a daily basis including outside subcontractors used to perform work
  • Inspect and advise the teams in the field to verify that all construction standards have been met
  • Manage, direct and advise all QA personnel that are in the field doing service work, and field supervision.
  • Ensure Safety compliance in all field operations activities
  • Manage the line-up and acceptance of all network elements
  • Manage the testing and turn-up of all customer facilities
  • Assist Project Management with the implementation of all new sites to Minimize the deployment schedule and maximize labor productivity

Qualifications Required:

  • Must have minimum of 3 years people management experience and demonstrated ability to organize and motivate a team of field technicians
  • 7 years of industry experience in a field tech capacity
  • Familiarity with telecommunications testing methods, procedures and equipment. Experience in Wireless/GSM field is highly desirable
  • Prior program management experience in the technology sector and wireless industry.
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of WiMax wireless networks technologies and standards is preferred.
  • Inventory management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office platform and PCs

The RF Engineering Specialist will lead the RF design of DeltaNetworkss WiMax wireless Network
 

Candidate will be Accountable for:

  • Quality & performance of Wireless Network
  • Accuracy and efficiency of Wireless RF plans
  • Customer satisfaction of the wireless network performance
  • Instillations & operational compliance and quality

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creation of wireless link design information (specifications, technical documentation)
  • Specification and continuous validation of RF link performance, quality, and reliability.
  • Supervise and validate the installation of all wireless network elements
  • Provide project status reports as required for project management review.
  • Develop solutions according to company's engineering and quality management system policies and procedures

Qualifications Required:

  • RF experience in wireless link analysis, RF propagation modeling, wireless coverage and performance verification.
  • Experience with wireless mobile RF design.
  • Experience with point-to-point and point-to-multipoint RF design.
  • Working knowledge of common modulation schemes (e.g.; QAM, QPSK, BPSK, FSK, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of wireless connectivity standards such as WiFi, WiMax, Bluetooth, Microwave, etc.
  • Network protocol layer experience including physical layer through TCP/IP and UDP.
  • Programming experience in the monitoring of SNMP standards compliant equipment.
  • Have a good understanding of antenna theory, antenna performance, and engineering tools (spectrum analyzer, etc.).
  • Familiarity with telecommunications testing methods, procedures and equipment. Experience in Wireless/GSM field is highly desirable
